2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used and are no longer in resale condition (e.g., software, downloads, and digital content).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable items or products that have a limited shelf life (e.g., consumables, batteries, etc.).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Shipping the Return: Once you have received the return authorization, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided by our team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions stated above, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect the return and issue the refund to your original payment method.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees or taxes, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition that is not eligible for a full refund (e.g., used, damaged), we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
  • Promotions & Discounts: If you used a promotional code or discount when purchasing the item, your refund will be based on the amount actually paid after applying the discount.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us directly at nenotechltd@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item, subject to product availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions listed above.

  • Exchange Process: You will need to return the original item and purchase the new item separately. We cannot process exchanges directly in one transaction.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at nenotechltd@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a full refund or send you the correct item at no additional cost.

  • A description of the damage or error.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refund for Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellations
