2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. If you need your items sooner, this option is available at checkout for an additional charge.
  • Next Day Shipping: Available only for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be delivered the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or customs (for international orders) may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses. If your order is placed with a P.O. Box address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or if it is undeliverable for any reason, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Please note that we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9. Change of Shipping Address

We may be able to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
